This is not a reference book you dip into. It is a sequence, and skipping ahead breaks the logic. One phase per sitting, so it rewards a week far more than an afternoon.
Write by hand if you can: typing skims, handwriting decides. And answer honestly rather than impressively, because a flattering answer here costs you real money later.
