Insight Decks creates and sells physical and digital card decks and related materials designed for learning, self-development, facilitation, and business strategy.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, occasional errors may occur. Insight Decks does not warrant that all product details or availability information are error-free.

All products are sold for personal and professional use only.
Reselling, reproducing, redistributing, or modifying any product or digital file without prior written permission from Insight Decks is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Checkout, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other authorized payment providers.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All billing and contact details you provide are accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Insight Decks reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, error, or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy Page.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy, including:

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Packages refused due to unpaid duties may be destroyed by the carrier and are not eligible for refund.

  • Delivery to non-fixed addresses (e.g., PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarders) is at the customer’s own risk.

5. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy Page.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, if unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

6. Shipping Protection

Customers may optionally add Shipping Protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage during delivery.

Claims must be filed within 15 days of the expected delivery date with supporting evidence.

Packages destroyed due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses are not covered.

All content on this website—including text, designs, logos, graphics, product names, images, and digital files—is the exclusive property of Insight Decks and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our written consent.

8. License for Digital Products

When purchasing a digital product, Insight Decks grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the file for your own professional or personal purposes.

  • Insight Decks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of our products or website.

  • Our products are intended as tools for education, inspiration, and facilitation—results vary depending on user context and application.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may disrupt its operation, compromise its security, or interfere with other users’ access.

Insight Decks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
