At Insight Decks, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refund terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Digital Products
All digital-only purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as delivery is instant.
If you experience issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact our support team at support@insightdecks.com for assistance.
Physical Products
Refunds for physical items may be approved when all conditions below are met:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt.

The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

The item is not a promotional or final-sale product.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@insightdecks.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damage.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, at your choice.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Digital products once accessed or downloaded.

Bundles that include digital access (unless approved case-by-case).

Packages refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.

Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Deliveries to non-fixed addresses (PO boxes, hotels, freight forwarders).

Products marked “final sale” or purchased during clearance promotions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to international shipping costs, customs duties, and handling complexity.
If you wish to receive a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Shipping Protection
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
Claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and include supporting evidence (photos, police report, or affidavit).
Approved claims result in a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at our discretion.
