  • At Insight Decks (https://insightdecks.com/), we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction under the below conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds and Cancellations

  • Physical Products: You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 7 days after receiving the delivery. Cancel must be requested by contacting our support team at support@insightdecks.com, whereafter you will receive instructions on how to return the goods. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. 
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues or have concerns, please contact us for assistance.
  • Bundles (Physical + Digital): Refunds for bundles will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, access to digital products will be revoked.
  • Freight paid by customer: It will not be refunded in any circumstance.
  •  Free freight offered by Insight (special offers): It will be deducted from the total of eventually refund amount.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@insightdecks.com with your order details within 7 days of receipt.
  2. If returning a physical product, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. You bear the risk of the item from the delivery and are responsible for proper packaging when returning it.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  6. There is no refund in any circumstance of freight paid by customer.
  7. Free freight offered by Insight (special offers) will be deducted from the total of eventually refunded amount.
  8. Important: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Insight Decks is not liable for delays or seizures at customs. If a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, the package will typically be destroyed or abandoned by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.

Handling of Returned Goods

After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. You are liable for any deterioration in value due to handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. If the product is tested beyond what has been described, we may consider it as 'used,' which means you may only receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item. Used goods are considered to have no resale value.

For clean return items/exchange items, the return cost is covered by the purchaser. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Changes to This Policy

Insight Decks reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
