No, the Know Thyself is not a game! Shuffling and pulling makes it feel like one, and that's on purpose. But nothing here scores you or sets a rule. Each card is one honest question, ready to work today.
How does the card deck help me?
It hands you a specific question for the exact thing you're circling, instead of general advice about self-awareness you have to figure out how to apply yourself. Pull a card, read it in ten seconds, answer without editing.
How can I use it
1. First thing in the morning, pull one card and let it follow you around.
2. In a month of transition, take one group and move through it slowly.
