No, the Fear Not deck is not a game! It is as easy to pick up as one, but every card is a real teaching with a practice attached, not a rule or a challenge.
How does the card deck help me?
It hands you one practice for the exact fear you are in, instead of general wisdom you have to figure out how to apply yourself. Pull a card, read it in ten seconds, do the one thing.
How can I use it
1. At any time, pull one card when fear is loud and sit with it.
2. During a hard week, walk one group from front to back.
3. Answer the three questions before you move on. Don't skip them.
