We ship to almost every country in the world using Canada Post and USPS, depending on your location. If either carrier delivers to your country, we likely do too.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🧾 Tracking Information
If you select a shipping method that includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.
💾 Digital Decks
Digital products are instantly available for download after completing your purchase. A download link will be provided on the checkout page and emailed to you as well.
🌐 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by your local government. These fees are not included in your purchase and vary by country.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

🔁 Returns & Shipping Fees
If you return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
